John was attentive, kind, and extended himself to ensure I could take possession of my new car as soon as possible. He personally took the car for a certified inspection while I waited, provided me a private space in the office where I could contact my insurance company, and he even drove my to a registries office so that I could register the vehicle. John is the most knowledgeable and nicest car dealer I’ve met in Canada. He picked us up at home, took us to the car lot and advised us on getting the right car. We ended up getting an incoming car that wasn’t in the lot yet and John was transparent and really helpful throughout the process. From the car purchase to detailing and registration, John managed the whole process for us which made our lives easier as we just arrived town.
